What are the benefits of pony club membership?

Broomhill Equestrian is a registered pony club centre, which aims to educate children in horse care through regular ridden and practical activities. Centre membership is available to children without their own horse or pony. Children who do own their own horse or pony should apply for membership through their local Pony Club branch. Broomhill welcomes membership of children aged 5 years through to 21 years who have a genuine interest in horse care. Ideally children should have some previous involvement with ponies e.g. riding lessons.

In the first instance, children must become members of Pony Club, by completing a membership form and sending direct to Pony Club headquarters. Click here for more information Pony Club UK.

Broomhill issues a calendar of events every couple of months. Once children are registered members they may start joining in the activities. Typically riding activities cost £20 and non-riding activities cost £8. Members must pay a deposit for riding activities.
