Terms and Conditions

1. Membership is open to all UK residents, aged 16 and over, excluding employees of Broomhill Equestrian or their families.

2. The Broomhill Equestrian Loyalty card remains the property of Broomhill Equestrian who reserves the right to withdraw or amend any part of the scheme as necessary, due to circumstances outside it's reasonable control.

3. Loyalty points are only awarded to the authorised signatory on his or her purchase of goods or services at Broomhill Equestrian operated premises.

4. Loyalty points will be awarded at 5 points per pound spent in the following areas

    -    tack shop

    -    on feed and bedding

    -    on school hire

    -    on cross country course hire

5. The Broomhill Equestrian loyalty card is not transferable and may only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.  Only one card per person.

6. The Broomhill Equestrian Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional vouchers, special deals or specially negotiated rates or any other discount card unless specifically advertised.

7. For every 500 points earned a £5 discount will be made available to spend at point of purchase or retained for future transactions as desired by the card holder.  Nominal value for each point = 0.001p

8. No change can be given for any transactions below the value of a discount claimed.
